Services
We provide cybersecurity, risk management, and BPO services. Deliverables and timelines depend on separate service agreements.
Use of the Site
You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and lawful. You agree not to:- Violate applicable laws.
- Post harmful or infringing content.
- Misuse systems (e.g., hacking, distributing malware).
User Accounts
You may create an account for restricted areas. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for all actions under your account.
Fees & Payments
- Fees are as set in your service agreement or order form.
- Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, trademarks, logos, etc., are owned by VeriSpring Group or licensors. You’re granted a non exclusive license to use content for lawful purposes. Other uses require prior authorization.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect Confidential Information learned during engagement. Exceptions include publicly available information or data legally required to be disclosed. Obligations last for the term plus [two] years.
Warranties & Disclaimers
- We use reasonable care and skill in providing Services.
- THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” VERISPRING GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
- LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES UP TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR.
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VeriSpring Group from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access with or without cause.
- On termination, you must cease use and destroy copies of material.
- Sections like 6, 7, 9–12 will survive termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction—e.g., State of Delaware, USA], excluding its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [City, State]. For EEA consumers, local mandatory protections apply.
Changes to Terms
